One Child Standing in Line.
One Small Child,
Growing Up Before His Time.
He is Not Waiting to See the Show.
Just Waiting to Eat, and Then He Will Go.
I Saw Him There But Did Not Stare.
I Wanted So Much to Hold Him Close,
To Let Him Know, That I Do Care.
He Spots the Camera and Wants to Pose,
One Small Picture is All He Wants.
His Father Holds His Hand Tight,
And Hopes We Will Leave.
One Small Adult, me.
Can One Make a Difference?
Through CFC I Will Try,
One Less Child Will Have to Cry.
Lord, Help Me to Always Care,
For the Power of One is Always There.
